Las Cruces, New Mexico
Free smart vending for your Las Cruces business.
We place a tap-to-pay smart cooler at your location, keep it stocked with drinks and snacks priced below the gas station, and service it ourselves. You pay nothing.
Three steps. We do all three.
We visit your space
Send the form below or call. We stop by for a 15-minute look at your breakroom, lobby, or waiting area and confirm the spot and the outlet. No cost, no commitment.
We deliver and install
We bring the cooler, plug it in, stock it, and test the tap-to-pay reader before we leave. Your team never lifts anything.
We restock and service it
Fixed restock day, weekly or every other week based on sales. Repairs, refunds, and customer questions all come to us, not your front desk.
What hosts ask before saying yes.
Everything you need to know to make the call, in one place.
- Cost to you
- Nothing. CraveBox NM owns the cooler and pays for delivery, stocking, and repairs. We do not ask for electricity reimbursement or any fee.
- Space
- Roughly 3 ft wide by 3 ft deep. It rolls through a standard doorway. We can also place a compact counter-top unit where floor space is tight.
- Power
- One standard 110V wall outlet within reach. It plugs in like a refrigerator; no special wiring.
- Contract
- A short placement agreement, not a long-term contract. Start with a 30-day trial. Either of us can end the placement with reasonable notice and we pick the cooler up.
- Restocking
- Same weekday every visit, weekly or every other week depending on how fast it sells. The cooler reports inventory over 4G, so we know before it runs low.
- If it breaks
- Call or text the number on the cooler. We're local, so it's a same-day or next-day fix, at our cost.
- Wrong charge
- The AI vision system charges only for what leaves the cooler. If a customer disputes a charge, they contact CraveBox and we refund the card directly. Your staff are never in the middle.
- Insurance
- CraveBox NM carries commercial general liability coverage. The placement agreement includes insurance and indemnification terms, and we provide a certificate of insurance naming your business at go-live.
- Pricing
- Flat prices by category, set below local gas-station rates. Tap-to-pay only: any card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No cash, no jams.
- Service area
- Las Cruces and anywhere within about 30 minutes of it.
It's a glass-door fridge your team can open.
Tap, open, grab
Tap a card or phone, the door unlocks, take what you want, close the door. The cooler charges for exactly what left the shelf.
Nothing gets stuck
No coils, no drop tray, no "the machine ate my dollar." Your front desk never has to deal with it.
Real drinks and snacks
Cold cans and bottles, protein shakes, bars, chips, and jerky. The mix changes based on what your location actually buys.
Below the gas station
Flat category pricing that beats the Circle K down the street. Your team saves money staying in the building.
One local person to call
CraveBox NM is owner-operated in Las Cruces. You get a direct number, not a national call center.
Open when your team is
Runs 24/7. Night shifts, early classes, and weekend crews get the same access as day shift.
A snapshot of the brands we carry.
Every cooler is tailored to its location. This is the range we draw from; the mix at your site is set by what sells.
Sugar-free, lower-calorie, and higher-protein options are available in every category. Clinics, gyms, and schools can ask for a health-forward mix.
Micro markets for bigger teams.
For larger sites with heavy shift traffic, we can build an open-shelf micro market: multiple coolers, a snack rack, and a self-checkout kiosk. Same terms, same zero cost to host. Mention it in the form and we'll scope it during the site visit.
What lands in your breakroom.

Quick answers.
Does it cost anything to host a cooler?
No. The cooler, delivery, installation, stocking, restocking, and repairs are all on CraveBox NM. You provide floor space and a standard wall outlet. We do not ask for electricity reimbursement.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in. Placements run on a simple placement agreement, and we offer a 30-day trial. If it isn't working for either of us, we schedule a pickup and remove the cooler.
How much space and power does it need?
About 3 ft wide by 3 ft deep of floor space and a standard 110V wall outlet within reach. It fits through a standard doorway. We confirm the exact spot during the free site visit.
Who restocks it and how often?
We do, on a fixed weekday: weekly or every other week depending on how fast your location sells. Inventory is monitored remotely, so we know before it runs low.
What if it breaks or someone is charged wrong?
Call or text the number on the cooler. Repairs are at our cost, usually same or next day. Refunds for any charging error go straight to the customer's card from CraveBox, not through your staff.
Is CraveBox insured?
Yes. CraveBox NM carries commercial general liability coverage. The placement agreement includes insurance and indemnification terms, and we provide a certificate of insurance naming your business at go-live.
Can I choose what goes in it?
Yes. We start with a mix that fits your location, then adjust based on what sells and what your team asks for. Health-forward mixes are available for clinics, gyms, and schools.
What happens after I send the form?
You'll hear from Roman within one business day to set up a 15-minute site visit. If it's a fit, we sign the one-page placement agreement and schedule delivery.
